The Stoutland Tigers Track and Cross Country team is a family of athletes dedicated to helping athletes to become the best version of themselves on and off the field.

These three Cross Country runners were recognized in front of the Board of Education at tonight’s meeting. These athletes represented Stoutland extremely well at the Frisco League conference meet. Each one bringing home first place in their race- making them ALL conference champions!

They all had an amazing season, below are a few more of their accomplishments.

Callen Curl, 8th grader, (Frisco League Conference Champion) competed in the Missouri Middle School Championship race this season. He placed 28th out of 247 runners.

Mallory Shaw, Senior, (Frisco League Conference Champion) earned All-State honors placing 8th out of 158 runners at the MSHSAA State Championship Meet.

Michael Kincaid, Senior, (Frisco League Conference Champion) earned All-State honors placing 14th out of 175 runners at the MSHSAA State Championship Meet.

The Stoutland R-2 School District is so proud of these athletes for their hard work and dedication. Go Tigers!

Our very own Callen Curl represented the Stoutland Runnin’ Tigers at the Missouri Middle School Championship race. He placed 28th out of 247 runners. Callen has had a phenomenal cross country season. He works hard, is coachable, and supports his teammates (both JH and HS). Congratulations, Callen, on your success this season. Tiger fans are looking forward to watching you crush your goals. The Runnin’ Tigers had a successful Frisco League conference meet on Monday. Several athletes brought home hardware, and three of our runners earned the title of Conference Champion! Way to go, Tigers! Varsity girls placed 2nd as a team, and Varsity boys placed third.

Jaylisa Howlett: All conference honors, 7th place

The Runnin’ Tigers had a two meet week at Plato and Hermitage. These athletes continue to learn what it takes to push through adversity. You CAN do hard things! Always proud of these kids. Several athletes had to split their time with other sports/school events. These kids are busy student leaders at SHS. Keep working hard, Tigers! There will always be a hill to climb.

What a great first annual Stoutland Creek Classic cross country meet! The Runnin’ Tigers were zooming on these Ozark hills! Congratulations to Mallory Shaw (Varsity girls), Michael Kincaid (Varsity boys), and Callen Curl (JH boys) for their 1st place finishes! Also, congratulations to Harley Matthews for a new PR! We are so grateful for the Tiger volunteers, parents, grandparents, and guest schools who helped make this such an awesome race. Multiple high school athletes from various school districts supported young runners during the elementary race. So proud of these student leaders!
