It's the one stretch of the year we can focus on real speed, real strength, and real power without anything competing for the reps.
The athletes who use the summer well tend to walk into fall feeling a step quicker and more confident, while the ones who take it fully off usually spend the first month of the season trying to find their legs again.
Summer of Speed enrollment is open now, with training up to 4 days/week across July and August so your athlete can come as often as your family schedule allows. Vacations, tournaments, and downtime are all built in.
