THIS WEEK IS GONNA BE EPIC!!

Approximately 35 hours of basketball will be provided this week!

Side note we are going to have to squeeze in a little pizza party in the mix one of these days!

We have action for all ages and coaches fresh off of winning championships!

If you are a beginner we gotcha!

Maybe you are just looking to connect with some friends for the week off? We typically have players that are local and some take the trip from all areas of Long Island, we are walking distance from LIRR so we’ve even had players come from Nassau and beyond!

Brook Basketball peeps Coach Kelly is looking to reach more communities with development basketball here is some info for a program that is taking place in Centereach.

We have basketball action starting this week!

The goal for this program is to match one of our coaches with your basketball needs!

If you are beginner we got you covered ✅

Returning player looking to make or join a team ✅

Varsity player looking to sharpen skills ✅

Looking to play games and make friends ✅

We are not at capacity and will take drop ins for the first week 🙏🏽

6:15-6:35pm large group work (every day habits) dribbling/finishing/foot work/plyometrics
6:35-6:45pm preach/bible/prayer Holy Week impact of Jesus death to life celebration

7:00-7:25 incorporating defense into our offensive schemes
7:30-7:50pm scrimmage/small sided games
7:50-7:57pm run like a dawg is chasing you(goal oriented conditioning)
7:57-close preach pray have a blessed day!

Holy Week hoops!!

Spring is here we’re getting some sunshine
It’s the season of death to life! Good Friday to resurrection Sunday 🙏🏽❤️

I hope everyone is riding the wave and enjoying the things they love to do.
