Tiny Sharks is a fun, playful introduction to soccer for children 18 months to 3 years old, with a caregiver.

July 25, August 1 & August 8

Coach Finn is off to college in the fall, but she wanted to have one more session of her Tiny Sharks this summer.

Tiny Sharks is an intro to movement program for children ages 18 months through 3 years with a caregiver. Make connections with other parents and caregivers, while helping your child build confidence and explore an organized program in a fun, positive environment.

Stonington Soccer Club, Taugwonk Road, Stonington, CT
Saturdays: July 25, August 1 & August 8
Session Times: 8:45-9:15 AM or 9:30-10:00 AM
Program Length: 3 sessions (30 minutes each) Tiny Sharks t-shirt included!

Sharks families, SSC is working on a new website, and we need your help--current Sharks photos needed, unlike this one from circa 2012!

Please send us your curated Sharks soccer favorites (action photos are the most useful for the website) either in a link to [email protected] or through our usual method, stonington.fillout.com/photos.

We especially need your Sharks photos (U9-U15) but always happy to have Junior Sharks and Tiny Sharks photos, too. Thank you!

Ready, Sharks?

Registration for the 2026-27 Sharks youth soccer year for U9 to U15 (birth years 2012-2017) is now open! Registration will remain open now through August 1 or until your age group is full. Registration includes both fall and spring seasons for Sharks soccer. Registration ➡ tinyurl.com/StoningtonSharksReg2026

We never want cost to be a barrier for children playing soccer, at any age. If you'd like to register, but need assistance with registration fees, uniforms or equipment, please fill out the form here[bit.ly/SSCassistance] or contact us at [email protected].

Requests to register after August 1 will be considered on a space-available basis and will incur a late registration fee of $25.

Please note: CJSA is in the process of adopting a new platform and website for youth soccer programs, so you will register through tinyurl.com/StoningtonSharksReg2026 instead of the SSC website.

Stonington Sharks soccer practice and game schedules will be published in mid August, following the SECJSA district scheduling meeting. Practices for U9 to U15 are on weekdays, twice a week, and games are once a week, usually on the weekends. The fall season includes eight games (four away and four home).

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s player evaluations. Evaluations help our coaches better understand each player's current skills and experience level and are one of the factors used in team placement. If you have any questions about evaluations, registration, or the placement process, please reach out to the SSC board at [email protected].

If you're new to Stonington Soccer Club and need a jersey number, please contact volunteer Uniform Coordinator Susan Lord at [email protected] before ordering a uniform. She will assign your number and provide guidance on your uniform purchase.

Raise your hand if you're ready to register for fall Junior Sharks soccer with Stonington Soccer Club!

The Junior Sharks program at Stonington Soccer Club is a fun, age-appropriate soccer experience for children ages 3.5–8. Designed around play, movement, and skill-building, the program helps young players develop coordination, balance, confidence, teamwork, and basic soccer skills in a supportive environment. Whether your child is brand new to the game or already loves kicking a ball around, Junior Sharks is for the whole child experience: learning, growing, making friends, and having fun. Registration remains open in each age group until filled, more than 160 Junior Sharks joined us last fall from Stonington and surrounding towns!

Fall 2026 Junior Sharks registration is open for birth years 2019 through 2023.

📌 NEW THIS FALL ---> Junior Sharks is on Saturday mornings! 📌
Junior Sharks sessions for U4-U8 will run Saturday, September 12 through Saturday, October 31. (U8 games will be on Sundays instead of Monday evenings)
