Congratulations and good luck at Regionals Channing! 💪🏼

It's crazy to think that today marks our 12th and final Wrestler of the Week!

Our last Wrestler of the Week this season is Channing Jensen!

This season hasn't been easy for Channing as he broke his nose in early January. This has forced him to wrestle in a face mask all season, which comes with its difficulties. However, Channing has displayed so much toughness throughout the season dealing with the whole situation. It definitely hasn't stopped him from coming to practice every day, ready to work and get better. I'm ready to see the mask on full display this post season as we continue to work towards the goal of getting back to state.

The Braves head to Glenwood tomorrow for Regionals. We couldn't be more excited for the postseason!

Congratulations Mason Tryon! Mason was one of my first clients when I began this journey. I’m thankful to have worked with him for a few years before he moved on to play for an elite travel ball program. Mason always brings a positive hardworking attitude and will excel wherever he goes! ⚾️

Preseason wrestling training is over! Now it’s time to transfer all that hard work in the gym to the mats. This was a great group from a few different teams around the area. Thank you all for coming out and putting in the work! Can’t wait to see you all on the mats this season💪🏼

What an awesome day for a couple of my DomiNation Fitness athletes!!! This is exactly why I do this and love doing it. Today I had not one but TWO of my dedicated athletes get their 1000th assist in volleyball! Congratulations Lilly Wake and Sami Breckenridge!! I am so proud of both of you and all the hard work you’ve put in over the last couple years with me.
