BDYD Obstacle Course Challenge, 378 HAVITURE Way, Stonewall, TX (2026)

The first competition of the Fall 2026 BDYD Obstacle Course Challenge is September 19th, 2026. The second and final challenges are October 3rd, and November 7th.

The following classes are available:
Open
Never Won a Buckle
Non-Pro
Silver Spurs (54 years old and older)
Youth
Mustang
Green Horse (5 years old and younger)
$$$ Master Class $$$
Lead Line (In Hand, all ages)

There must be at least 2 participants for the class to make.

Buckles will be awarded to the classes at the end of the series except for Master Class and Lead Line. Shownanship prizes awarded monthly.

Up for a winner-take-all money class?! Six totally different obstacles for a $20 buy in challenge! Highest score takes all the money! The Master Class will be run at the end of the show.

There will be two courses. The arena course will be ten obstacles in a Ranch Trail format. This format is what you will encounter at EXTA, SHOT, or and Ranch Versatility show. The pasture course is obstacles to challenge yourself and your horse. Both are timed. Entry fee is $50 per course. Pre-register and save $10 per course! Youth and Lead Line are $30 per course.

To be eligible for the series buckle awards, you must attend two of the three events. You must also compete in both of the courses.

You may enter in as many classes as you want. Trainers cannot show in Non-Pro, but you can always ride up (Non-Pros can show in Open). Ribbons will be awarded to 1st-5th place, in each class.

The competition will begin at 9:30 a.m. Check in will start at 8:00. As with all shows, a pattern will be provided. There will be no walk through.

Many new and... challenging... obstacles are being designed! Come join the fun and hilarity!
