Each time we step into a New Year, we are gifted a new beginning- a gentle reminder to soften, to listen, and to align with what truly matters. And just as the year turns, so does each day. Every sunrise offers a sacred invitation to return to your center ~ to ground, to breathe, to move and to set the tone for how you show up in the world. Showing up each day for yourself is the heart of practice ~ not for perfection, but for presence. What matters is the intention to arrive, as you are, with curiosity and compassion. Let the New Year ~ 2026 be the year you commit to yourself: to move everyday in someway. Join us for the 3rd annual Flow into the New Year mini retreat via zoom. We will come together for 6 mornings for a 30 min practice, plus one 75 min practice. Can’t join us live? Each practice will be recorded and available for you to enjoy anytime, anywhere for 30 days. Each day will be a little different, but each moment on the mat becomes a step toward balance, clarity and peace. Let each practice be your return home. We begin Jan 7th.
