We miss our members so much that we just want to make some appreciation posts recognizing them!
This week we're starting a series of posts that highlight and introduce our club's wonderful members!
So we’ll be starting off with our co-founder and active president, Izzy. She's pursuing a degree in Graphic Design—you've more than likely seen her work as she designs everything for our club, from posters, to merch, and of course, our famous stickers. As president she has helped organize and oversee every tournament we've held, as well as running our usual meetings we'd have in the Lair.
During our meetings, when she isn't running one of our tables, Izzy is usually sipping on an Oreo milkshake welcoming anyone and everyone that shows interest in wanting to learn to play. She's very patient and is open to any questions you may have about pool.
Izzy is currently finishing up her final semester, and we're all extremely excited for what the future has in store for her. We're beyond thankful for all of the work she's put in to help create and foster this amazing community, and we're going to miss her as our president come next fall.
