YES you CAN still exercise in the heat! Here are some tips to avoid heat exhaustion (most of it is in your head anyway = EXCUSES):
1. Exercise during the coolest part of the day, early mornings or in the evenings. Like Monday 715p tonight Zumba® @ Deedee Dance & Fitness in Lodi, CA 720 W Lodi Ave!
2. Wear light clothing to exercise in.
3. Drink plenty of water, before, during and after the exercise.
