Lincoln had two players, who not only made TCAL 1st Team(both 2 years in a row) but also were selected to the 2023 MaxPreps All-Sac-Joaquin Section Team. It’s amazing that Caleb Hendricks and Ray Olivas were able to gain this recognition. There are around 3000 players who are considered based on stats and performance and our division had 5 players selected, 2 from Lincoln and 3 from St. Mary’s which shows how good our division was this year. This is the first time 2 players have ever made it the same year! Congrats to both Caleb and Ray Olivas

TCAL voting is in and here is the results for 1st and 2nd team. Congrats to the players who made it they definitely deserve to be on the list.. congrats to Diego Davis as well earning Co-MVP of the entire league.

Lastly Lincoln wanted acknowledge a couple players that will be playing at the next level. Thomas Iten will be continuing his education and baseball career at Whittier College down south… Go Poets!!!! And Caleb Hendricks will be continuing his baseball career at Delta College, Caleb also has been invited to play in the Bay Area Collegiate League for the Admirals for the summer. Go Mustangs!!!

What a great season!!!! Lincoln was finally eliminated in the semi finals by the #1 seed Franklin Elk Grove. The boys played hard all season and this team was able to do way better than expected. The team finished 11-4 in league and 23-9 overall. Lincoln has not had a 20 win season in over 10 years, has not won a home playoff game in over 9 years, has not made a semi final series in over 10 years… and they were able to accomplish all this in one single season!!! Great job boys. Good luck next year…

Round two of the playoffs has Lincoln facing off against River city of West Sacramento. Come out and support the team, Lincoln baseball historian J Peterson looked it up and found out this is the first quarter final home game for Lincoln in close to 20 years. Lets go boys!!!!!!
