💪 Today’s Burn:
✔️ 10 burpees (modify as needed!)
✔️ 20 mountain climbers
✔️ 15 dumbbell or bodyweight squats
✔️ 30-second plank hold

Complete 4 rounds and leave it all on the floor.

You’re stronger than you think… but you’ll never know unless you push a little further today.

No coasting. No “I’ll do it tomorrow.” This is your moment.

💥 Today’s Workout:
✔️ 12 lunges (each leg)
✔️ 15 sit-ups or crunches
✔️ 20 jumping jacks (or step jacks)
✔️ 30-second wall sit

Repeat 3–4 rounds. Take short rests. Stay focused.

That last round is where the magic happens ✨
