Easton Tae Kwon Do

Easton Tae Kwon Do Korean Martial Art Tae Kwon Do has emphasis on kicking techniques. The word 'Tae Kwon Do' translates into 'the way of the hand and foot'.

Primarily a defensive art of self protection, Tae Kwon Do has rapidily developed into an international competitive sport and also an Olympic event! Classes involve fighting, forms, weapons and self defense and builds cardiovascular health ,endurance, flexibility, confidence, pride and self esteem from ages 5 to 99 and above! Master Larry Gunderman is owner and head intructor at Easton TKD. He has

been studying since 1985, and has trained overseas with the Korean National Team and the Korean Marine Corp. Master Gunderman has taught self defense to both military and prison personnel. Master Gunderman is a four time National Medalist and a certified referee.

Hi everyone
Still having back problems.
Thought I could teach this week but being on my feet for any length of time causes my back to spasm.
Have some of my Blackbelt students that will help me teach this week.
So any Blackbelt that can come to classes this week and help run the classes will be helpful.
Let me know if you can attend and what nights/classes you could help with.
On another note if anyone has empty 2 liter bottles they can donate this week. My daughter needs them for art class she teaches.

My back is still giving me some trouble but I am feeling better so we are gonna give it a shot.
