I've been teaching Loving Touch Couples Thai Massage for a long time now — and every single time, something happens in the room that reminds me why this might be my favorite course to teach.
It usually happens in quiet, joyful waves. Midway through the weekend, one person is giving a massage to their partner, and you can see the moment their full attention lands. Not distracted, not rushing — just completely present with the person in front of them. And the person receiving feels it. Their whole body softens.
That's not technique. That's love expressed through touch. And once you feel it — both the giving and the receiving — you don't forget it.
This August 21–23, I'm bringing this program back to the Kripalu Center in the beautiful Berkshire mountains of Western Massachusetts.
Over three days, you and your partner — or a close friend or family member — will learn a complete 60-minute Thai massage sequence together: shoulders, back, legs, feet, and head.
We'll weave in heart-opening meditation, gentle yoga, and the kind of unhurried time that daily life rarely makes room for.
No experience needed. No special flexibility. Just a willingness to slow down and offer something real.
Kripalu handles the rest — nourishing meals, yoga classes, and one of the most serene settings I know of.
Spots are limited and this retreat does fill. If something in you is saying yes, trust that.
