At Destiny Dance Studio we welcome all students of all ages and have a very strong dance program with multiple combo dance classes. We offer a technique driven curriculum for all dancers whether they are recreational or advanced students while still maintaining the joy of dancing. Inspiring young people to express themselves through dance is a passion we take seriously at Destiny Dance Studio. We

believe children can learn solid dance technique while still having fun. We challenge our dancers in a way that helps them to be creative. Whether that dancer is a new recreational dancer or a more experienced company dancer, we want them all to know that they are important to us. At Destiny Dance Studio we care about our dancers and work hard to help them to succeed.

LEAP Afterschool Program!✨

🕝 Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
💰 Great Pay
🎓 18+ years old
👧🏽 2+ years of childcare experience required

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

💜 Are dependable, punctual, and responsible
💜 Have experience supervising school-age children
💜 Can create a fun, positive, and structured environment
💜 Are patient, energetic, and a great communicator
💜 Can assist with homework, activities, snack/mealtime, and transitions
💜 Work well as part of a team
💜 Are comfortable following safety procedures and program policies
💜 Can maintain professional boundaries with children and families
💜 Are willing to participate in training and staff meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Must be 18 years or older
✔️ Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
✔️ Successful criminal background check
✔️ Successful drug screening
✔️ Reliable transportation to/from work
✔️ Strong attendance and punctuality
✔️ Professional references preferred
✔️ CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
