AI is an incredible tool.

I use it.

Many of my clients use it.

And yes, it can absolutely help you during divorce.

But here's what I need you to remember:

⚠️ AI can provide information.
⚠️ AI cannot provide wisdom.

It doesn't know your family.
It doesn't know your spouse.
It doesn't understand your emotions, your history, or the unique details of your situation.

I've had clients come to me with paperwork they found online or information they received from AI that sounded confident—but wasn't accurate for their state or circumstances.

Use AI to:
✅ Learn
✅ Get organized
✅ Brainstorm questions
✅ Prepare for meetings

But before making major legal or financial decisions, verify everything with a trusted professional.

Your future is too important to rely on a chatbot alone.

Divorce isn't just a legal event.

It's a human event.

And people still need people.

Have you used AI during a difficult season of life? I'd love to hear your thoughts below.

One of the biggest mistakes people make during difficult life transitions is believing they have to carry everything on their own. Divorce can be overwhelming, and having the right support system can make all the difference. Strength isn't doing it alone—it's knowing when to lean on others.

Not every wrong will be acknowledged. Not every hurt will be validated. Sometimes healing begins when we accept that peace won't come from a courtroom—it comes from within.

For many people, divorce isn't just an emotional transition—it's a financial one too. The fear can feel overwhelming, but confidence grows with knowledge, support, and taking one step at a time. What feels intimidating today can become empowering tomorrow.

Your finances shouldn't be something that happens to you—they should be something you understand and actively manage. Building financial confidence starts with learning, asking questions, and taking ownership of your future.

It's easy to see divorce as an ending, but it's also the start of a new season. A season of rediscovery, resilience, and creating a future that reflects who you are becoming.
