I have my sights on the future. 🖤🤍

I’ve been trying to figure out the words for this announcement, but there’s just too much. Too many amazing people I’ve come in contact with to even begin to mention each and every one.

I’ve been a business owner for 17 years, and a Pilates instructor for over 20 years. I opened my first studio at 30 years old, when my son Auggie was 1, and my daughter Ellis was 3. I am now 47, with a 20 year old, and a 17 year old. After much internal deliberation, and pointed processing, I have made the decision to close the Minneapolis doors of six degrees.

It’s been a beautiful, hard, blood, sweat, and tears kind of labor of love. It’s been brutal, lovely, inspiring, connective, all at the same time. My heart has always remained true to helping my clients achieve whatever their needs are w/ their own bodies.

I will continue to teach at my home in Stillwater, in which I have a fully equipped studio suitable for private lessons, semi private lessons, and 3 person classes. Of course if you’re interested let me know. Six degrees clientele- I am honored to have been able to share with you the healing capacity of movement, and am grateful for all your years of support.

And then there’s Mark 😮😭👏🏼- we both know he won’t see it here, so I’m trusting you’ll show him his bad asssseryyy moves. 🤘🏼🔥

This amazing human suffered a broken back from a climbing accident just a few years back, and now he’s doing and —WITH the foot bar UP I might add. He also happens to be a Dr. just showing up for people non stop currently like the helpful, kind guy he is.

It is truly an honor to work with people like Mark, and I’m lucky to get to do what I do on the daily. Movement = healing, strengthening, and enrichment for your body as a whole, on many levels.

When all the of are utilized it makes for an incredible movement experience. Over time you will integrate these healthy movements into muscle memory on the daily doing regular things; which is helpful. 🙂

90/90 with :) this is and feels extremely restorative. Alleviates back pain most of the time, taking pressure off the joints, and gives the muscles a break from doing the work of holding the body up. Brings about great release, and feels kind of like you’re floating in water which is always nice;)
