Check-out Nikolas’s poster! “Hydration Status of D1 Golfers During a Competitive Round of Golf”

Main findings: The men’s team showed a significant increase in dehydrated as the round progressed from hole 1 to 18. The women demonstrated an increase in dehydration from hole 1 to 9.

Future directions: Research is needed to investigate strategies to decrease dehydration in collegiate golfers.
