✨ Meet Lauren Gil! ✨

We are excited to welcome Lauren Gail to Thriller Dance Studio for an Advanced Stretching Class! TODAY! 3:00 - 4:00! $10.00 a dancer.

Lauren’s dance background is rooted primarily in ballet, with additional training in ballroom dance, Irish dance, jazz, and modern. She has danced with both the Austin Ballet Company and dance programs in New York City, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her students.

Lauren is certified in Pilates, yoga, group fitness, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in Pilates, proper form, flexibility, mobility, and core strength development for athletes of all types.

Whether you’re a dancer, cheerleader, gymnast, or athlete looking to improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness, this class is for you!

Join us and learn from one of the best as we focus on safe stretching techniques, injury prevention, and building stronger, more flexible athletes.

And our next guest teacher is…Ms. Kaile Radford-Jarret 🤍🤍🤍

Kaile is a teacher, choreographer, and dance adjudicator who began her life-long love for dance at a young age. She began her training with Central Oklahoma Dance Center. She continues to serve as a dance educator while traveling to set many pieces of choreography throughout Oklahoma. During spring weekends, you can catch her sharing her passion from behind the table adjudicating. Her technical dance training includes genres from ballet to hip hop, jazz, lyrical, and everything in-between. Her teaching style places a high priority on skill development as well as developing a students’ appreciation for the art of dance while teaching dance safety. Her excitement and love for dance is contagious in and out of the studio. Dance is something that Kaile has inherited, and she is so blessed to have made it her life.

We are so excited to have Ms. Kaile back in the studio tomorrow for Turn It Up Thursday. She will also be teaching a contemporary combo. 🫶

TOMORROW!!! Join us for a Master Class & Technique Tuesday with Piper Zielny! 🖤

Piper trained and competed with Applause Studios in Moore, Oklahoma throughout her dance career. She was also a member of the Westmoore Varsity Pom team, where she served as captain her senior year and earned 8 National Championships and 9 State Championships!

Piper is currently a member of the University of Memphis Dance Team, where she will also be studying Media Marketing.

She is excited to teach technique and a contemporary combo! Join us tomorrow for an awesome class! Open to the public. All studios and dancers!

Alton Carter is a Stillwater-based author, motivational speaker, youth mentor, and talented coach with extensive experience in cheer, tumbling, acro, and athlete development. His passion for teaching and encouraging young people has made a lasting impact on our community.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, improve technique, and be inspired by one of Stillwater’s own!
