We want everyone to have a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend! It is a great time to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and spend quality time with friends and family. Whether you're hosting a barbecue, going to the beach, or just chilling at home, make sure to take a moment to remember and honor those who have served our country.
Remember, we are closed Saturday and Monday and will reopen next Wednesday.

Great class today with some self-defense!

We will be closed on Saturday the 23rd, as well as Monday the 25th, in observance of Memorial Day weekend. Also, when we reopen on Wednesday the 27th, students will be allowed to wear t-shirts (the uniform top is not needed but still allowed, but rank belts are still required). All t-shirts have to be solid colors with no characters or writing on them. Only white, black or red is allowed. Please have your order forms in by the 27th for the shirts and hoodies, as well as the gi(uniform) embroidery. Thank you!!!

Just a little self-defense, as well as some fun class today in the gym. Upper ranks could not block the balls coming at them from the lower ranks. :)
