I am probably going to regret this but....

I am giving YOU the chance to create MY weekend workout!!! 🫣

Here's how it works-
Comment below ONE exercise you want me to include in the workout.

Leave it in the comments even if you see someone else already commented it.

Depending on how many different exercises there are I might either split it into two workouts or I will take the top commented exercises to make one workout.

The only rule I have is-NO burpees.
My studio is a burpee free zone unless a client specifically asks to do them (no one has) so I will also not be doing burpees. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

There are lots of variations for exercises so please be specific.
For example instead of commenting lunge you should comment deadbugs. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚

But in all seriousness-which type of lunge do you mean? Reverse, curtsy, lateral, front, walking, etc...

I will leave comments open until Friday at noon.

This could be very rough for me πŸ˜¬πŸ˜…...so this might be your only opportunity to do this!

WHAT: Small Group Classes
WHO: middle/high school girls, 3 or 4 per class
WHEN: June 8th-August 28th. 3 sessions per week.
[specific days/times are arranged during sign up.]

Each session is 60 minutes long beginning with a warm up, the workout(strength training focused), and ending with stretching.

This is perfect for teens wanting to stay active over the summer or for those wanting to add strength training into their routine.

Taking this summer class will help your teen get more comfortable and confident with lifting weights, learn proper form, and build strength and muscle.

It's showing up even when you aren't motivated.

It's doing the task that will get you one step closer to your goal even when you don't feel like doing it.

Because if we only do things when we want to we would hardly ever do them.

You aren't going to love every part of the journey, but if you aren't putting in the effort you can't be mad about the lack of results.

Show up for yourself-you are worth it! πŸ’ͺ🏻
