Sometimes the tension you’re holding in your body isn’t from your workout, it’s from your mind trying to protect you.
Throughout the day and during your workouts, check in with your body.
Are your shoulders tight? Jaw clenched? Core braced even at rest?
Take a breath, release what’s not needed, and move with intention.
When we learn to let go of unnecessary tension, we lower stress hormones like cortisol, allowing our bodies to recover, build strength, and actually get the results we’re working for.
