What did everyone workout today!?

It was my favorite day, LEG DAY today!!!

Consisted of:
Squats- 6 sets ranging from 230-370lbs
Deadlifts- 5 sets ranging from 230-500lbs
Sumo DL- 5 sets from 320-410lbs
Deadlifts from deficit- 4 sets from 320-410lbs
Weighted Lunges- 5 sets ranging from 140-230lbs
Pausing Squats- 3 sets with 230lbs pausing for 5 sec. at the bottom
Leg Ext/Curls- 3 sets each
325 bodyweight lunges
Calf Raises throughout

There are easier, more fun ways to squat than below parallel. Trouble is, they don't work.

Sunday night is the perfect night to think about the week ahead and set goals for the week - whether it be fitness, work, school, or personal goals, it’s always good to have something to work for! A goal drives you forward and gives you focus. It also gives you something to be accountable to if you don't have a trainer such as me :) It can be easy to not reach your goals when you have no one else to be accountable to. If you want to be held accountable to your goals this week by me (and everyone else reading this post), share your goal below. I’ll check in with you in the middle of the week to make sure you are taking the right steps, and then at the end of the week, we will check to see who was able to accomplish their set goals. Don’t be the person who doesn’t reach their goals. Let’s all go out and meet all our goals this week! My goals are to have 5 great workouts and do more meal prep to get me to my goal weight faster.
