⚡️BUTI IS BACK⚡️

Starting tomorrow night! Tuesdays 6:30PM

I’m 6 Weeks post surgery and cleared for all activities 💃 but that doesn’t mean I’ll be jumping straight back into the intensity this class is known for. So expect a toned down version over the next few weeks as I build back my capacity. This would be a fantastic opportunity for those new to Buti to test it out and ease into the full swing with us ⚡️

This class does fill up quick! And signups are a must!

Thankful for this May sunshine ☀️ but April wasn’t so bad either 🐝

The 6 Week Spring Reset we started in March is technically over, but the habits we’ve been nurturing are just beginning to bloom.

Since movements was limited for me for most of the Challenge, my main focus was on Nutrition. Particularly planning and prepping meals ahead of time, so I didn’t have to scramble in the moment.

Was every meal perfect? Nope.

But I no longer strive for perfect, for restriction, for rigidity.

Progress > Perfection

And now that the Challenge is over? We just keep going 🌱

✨ MAY GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE ✨

May is bringing the energy ⚡️ I can feel it!

SUPER excited to announce that BUTI is coming back, May 5th!!!

And The BURN (Glutes, Core, & Pelvic Floor) will now be Friday’s at 10AM 🔥

Monday & Wednesday 10AM Strength Camp is starting to fill up! If you’d like to join us for the next 4 weeks, or drop-in to give it a try, send me a message or join the app (link in bio) to easily access the current schedule and book your class online!

$15 / Class • Drop-in’s welcome

Gentle Yoga tomorrow night • Tuesday April 14th • 6:30pm

This class will be gentle, restorative and deeply nourishing ✨ for your mind, body, & soul ✨

I’m so excited to teach this class tomorrow! My first class back (teaching) since my surgery.

will be subbing the next two classes (the 21st & 28th). I will be there for class, but as a participant to help build back my strength & capacity in preparation to start teaching BUTI classes again.

My goal is to bring BUTI Tuesday’s back by May 💃 I miss it so much already!!! But Gentle Yoga will always have a special place in my heart and I’m looking forward to teaching and taking it this month.

This 6 Week Class Series will have a foundation of Full Body Progressive Strength Training with an emphasis on Glutes & Core stability.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve personally experienced postpartum (with both babies and postpartum experiences being SOOOOO different from the other) is the willingness to adapt and accept the current phase I’m in.

Mourning who you used to be and what you used to do is normal — but at some point, accepting there is no going back offers freedom.

Ive tried fighting it. I’ve tried comparing. I’ve tried denying. I’ve tried pushing myself to a version of me that no longer exists — from fitness pursuits to how I run my business to my availability in relationships.

It’s true: you’re no longer the person you used to be, and never will be again.

But when you’re ready to stop fighting it and accept it for what it is (all of it), then you can start living your life again, just different. And that’s okay.

I’m still “in it” and some days it does not feel “okay”. But I’m getting a little bit better accepting this new me every day.

Some might balk and say “but your baby is over a year.. how are you still struggling??” First of all:
Postpartum doesn’t end at the first 6 week checkup. Postpartum is for life.
Secondly: If you have those kind of people in your life, find new people. Ones who get it and ones who won’t try to hold you to unrealistic and incredibly damaging expectations.

Also, be kind to yourself as you wade through this phase of life. Nothing good can come from waging war on yourself 🤍

You are not confined to one purpose alone. Just like in nature, there are seasons of purpose.

We are meant to grow & evolve 🌱 not stay stagnant in one place.

If there’s anything you’re resisting right now, how can you be more compassionate with yourself (and others) enough to allow the death and rebirth of the next version of you?
