Tomorrow is looking nice for the first day of Xcountry- Cooler & less smoke!
Bring water & wear your running clothes.
If you’ve had a physical bring your paperwork- I can not let you practice without it.
Reminder- If you’ve had a physical after May 2nd of 2025 you’re covered.

All incoming Freshman need to have one.
