On Saturday 4/18 a special group of Bucs, their families, friends and loved ones joined together to celebrate the team’s first State Championship. The 2014 Bucs were a very special team. They kicked open the mental trap door that proved KI could do it, would do it, and should expect to do it! A great deal of thanks goes out to all who supported them along the way which made a great deal of fun possible. Into the Kent Island High School Athletic Boosters Hall of Fame they go, where they will forever be remembered as the FIRST team, of which MANY would follow! GO BUCS! WIN THE DAY!
