As a mom of three, an almost 18 year-old getting ready for her senior year, a business owner of three businesses, time for myself is far and few between.

The reminder that Kaylee gave me this morning really hit home and put into perspective how much I give which is easy to overlook.

Thanks for reminding me to take time for myself and that showing up at 6 AM is for more than a sweaty workout and a great ass.🍑🤍
