We had a great showing for color belt promotion this week! 12 students demonstrated their progress with strong techniques, forms, board breaking, and some light sparring. It is wonderful to see all the improved skills, focus, and confidence on display. 🥋 Great job, everyone! Let’s keep working at it.

We will be closed next week (June 22-27) for all class. Regular classes will resume Monday June 29th.

This little guy earned his white belt last night, crushing his board with an axe kick. Over the last few weeks, he has shown improvement in focus, control, and ability to do what is asked (more or less). A work in progress, for sure! Happy to guide you on your taekwondo journey. 🥋
