At the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, student health and well-being is an important part of successful campus life. Our fitness and recreation programs are run through the University Centers, a division of Student Affairs​. We offer several programs and fitness spaces for students to maintain healthful lifestyles:

The Allen Fitness Center is a student-led workout facility​ located in the

Group Exercise offers free fitness and yoga classes for students throughout the year. Our programs are housed in the Allen Center, located in the heart of Residential Living​. Fitness and Recreation strives to provide a safe, friendly, and diverse environment for students to be active and improve their well-being.​
