Congrats to all of the Apex competitors who competed at the IBJJF VA open last weekend!

Everyone showed some great improvements and upgrades to their games and were able to display some of the work we have been putting in!

We were able to add some valuable team points to Lloyd Irvin Martial Arts to help win the overall team title!
