Swan Fitness Swan Fitness is a personal training service in Sterling, Colorado. The trainers work mostly out of Northeastern Junior College.

Personal training for all ages and all goals. Swan Fitness consists of two trainers, Drew and Demmy Swan. Drew is NASM certified trainer and Demmy is AFAA certified. Demmy also is a fitness nutrition coach certified through NESTA. Both trainers are excited to find new clients that want to better themselves and start the new year right. People are either pro or anti New Year resolutions. I believe in setting new goals regularly. New Years is a good time to re-evaluate and begin again. That being said you must have guidelines. SMART goals is an excellent template for setting and attaining desired results. Whether you choose to do these on your own or with help from others don’t be afraid to aim high.
