RuFF Wrestling RuFF Wrestling is a 501(c)(3) organization, that offers both youth and middle school/high school wrestling programs to male and female athletes.

Our main goal is to promote the sport of wrestling at the highest level through instruction and competition. We want to create a buzz for the sport of wrestling throughout Ashburn and beyond. Smart hard wrestling is essential and the priority. Be efficient and effective in top wrestling, bottom wrestling and on your feet. Gaining an edge is about building strong minds and bodies. We will do this b

y having a vision and communicating the vision through spoken words and in deeds (actions). Make the vision contagious to your teammates. Make the aim of the program about reaching high levels of success!

Virginia High School League if you sanction it, they will wrestle. The numbers are amazing for a state like Virginia that doesn’t have the sport sanctioned in high schools. Just imagine what our Virginia ladies could do if the sport was sanctioned in high school.
