Mental health is one of the most important aspects of total wellness, if not the MOST important. What are you doing to grow in this area?

As I approach my 40’s this weekend, the biggest goal I have for my health and well-being is to have a peaceful and grateful mind. Finding peace in my surroundings, embracing age and having another day to live, loving my body and the amazing adventures it takes me on (like to this gorgeous peak), feeling grateful for my beautiful family, amazing friends that love and care about me as much as I do them, having a relationship with God, my father ☝🏻… really focusing on my blessings and thanking God for all of them and for loving me as much as he does ❤️.

So, what are you doing for your mental well-being and health? Are you surrounding yourself with people you love? Feeling connected to nature and your surroundings? Serving others? Counting your blessings? Spiritual life? Being active? Achieving goals? These are all great and natural ways to boost your happiness in life ✨. What are you doing to make yourself happy?

Hello, and welcome to my page! My name is Michelle, and I’m a fitness and nutrition professional that has been in this industry for over 11 years. I explain a lot of what I do professionally in my reel, but below are some other fun facts about me 🌸.

🌼 My pride and joy is my family. I’ve been married 16 years and have two beautiful daughters - one a studious teen 🤓and the other a wild-child pr***en 💃🏻.

I love the outdoors ⛰️. My favorite hobbies are snowboarding in the winter 🏂 and hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking and four-wheeling in the warmer months ☀️.

I’m a big reader and obsessed with books 📚. I love novels, textbooks, self-help books… I have so many books that I’m constantly finding ways to store them (I can’t seem to want to throw them away or give them away - because I might want to read or reference them later 🙈).

I went to culinary school at L’Academie de Cuisine 👩🏻‍🍳. I love cooking and find it relaxing at times, but it can also be stressful for me. I will cook a lavish meal for friends and during the holidays, but everyday at home, I’m very simple and basic.

Before my fitness career, I worked in the real estate industry for 10 years in both residential (2 years) and commercial real estate (8 years) - and also how I met my husband 🥰.

Try this shoulder and core combo superset 🔥. You don’t need an Airex pad, though it does add more of a stability component that engages your core more. If you would like to add this component at home, you can try doing these moves on a soft couch. Enjoy 🔥🔥🔥.

Do what you enjoy doing and it won’t feel like work ✨.

Fun little hike with my hubby to the top of this peak. Love being able to take my cardio outside. This goes for any activity - find something you enjoy and it won’t feel like work and will feel like fun. Play sports with the kids or join a league, take a dance class, hike, or go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful weather outside ☀️.

“The best view comes from the hardest climb.” 💫

Hiking to the top of Mount Olympus was no small feet. The closer you get to the top, the more difficult and vertical it became. It became more technical, mental, and emotional (overcoming fear). Life is this way - you have to first take action and continue to take action each day towards your goals. And make big goals! The loftier the goal, the more technical, mental, and emotional it becomes, but anything can be achieved when the mind is hard at play. Also, when you shoot high, sometimes you land a little lower which is still considered excellence - versus shooting for above average and landing at average or below average. The greater the climb (and work), the greater the view (the reward) 💫.
