Mental health is one of the most important aspects of total wellness, if not the MOST important. What are you doing to grow in this area?
As I approach my 40’s this weekend, the biggest goal I have for my health and well-being is to have a peaceful and grateful mind. Finding peace in my surroundings, embracing age and having another day to live, loving my body and the amazing adventures it takes me on (like to this gorgeous peak), feeling grateful for my beautiful family, amazing friends that love and care about me as much as I do them, having a relationship with God, my father ☝🏻… really focusing on my blessings and thanking God for all of them and for loving me as much as he does ❤️.
So, what are you doing for your mental well-being and health? Are you surrounding yourself with people you love? Feeling connected to nature and your surroundings? Serving others? Counting your blessings? Spiritual life? Being active? Achieving goals? These are all great and natural ways to boost your happiness in life ✨. What are you doing to make yourself happy?
