It’s been great teaching group classes again in a nice facility after years of private lessons in often less than ideal spaces.
The current free introductory sessions are a great way to get a feel for our system with no obligation.

Great first class at the rec center!
It felt like old times with the experienced students and a couple of new friends. Lots of laughter and good, solid training.
So glad Alejandro and Elizabeth could join us while visiting from LA.

After nearly a year, I’m happy to announce that we have secured space for training and will soon have our first class in partnership with the Christian Wu Kung Association.

Class will be on Thursday, May 11th, from 6:30 to 8:30pm in the mind-body room at Claude-Moore Park, Sterling, VA.

Space is limited, so please contact us early to reserve your place.

We’re in the process of locking down a location for our May 28th event based on the number of inquiries received. If you are seriously considering attending this event, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
The event will be an informal introduction to the system with a Q&A session for potential students.
Those interested in the scholarship program are especially encouraged to attend.
