⚠️COVID-19 Update⚠️
At NEST Pilates we have always made sure the equipment and our space is cleaned after each client/class and we will continue to do so. As of now, we are open and staying on our regular schedule. That said, we ask each client to stay home if you are feeling sick, or if you have any underlying issues that increase your risk of contracting this virus.

We want to assure everyone that we are taking the warnings and precautions seriously and will continue to clean our equipment after each class. As always we value your health and wellness and it remains our top priority.
