✨new class✨

Join Heather on Fridays at 4:30pm for Handstand Training. Everything you need to finally master your freestanding handstand. Each 60 minute class begins with a functional 15 minute warm up and conditioning for strength and active flexibility. This includes techniques and drills for handstands, both freestanding or against a wall. We will play with different shapes like straddle, seven, tuck, stag, split, scorpion and transitions between them. Finally, drills for kick ups, jumping and pressing will be covered. Get ready to develop your understanding of how to control your entry into your handstand, perfect your alignment, create balance and have fun in this all levels class.

Begins January 5th!
