The moment has come……I just weighed-in at 249.8lbs, which means I lost the entire 20lbs that I set out to lose! I started at 270.3lbs and 17.8% body fat, and ended up 249.8lbs and 11.5% body fat! I also went from 222.2lbs of muscle mass, to 221lbs of muscle mass- so I only ended up losing 1lb of muscle and 20lbs of fat. Thrilled with the results! You can be too! Let’s do it again!
