Please take a moment to review the posted rules & regulations as these expectations are in place to help maintain a safe, respectful, and focused training environment for all students.

Our Miss Reyna headed up to the AAU Wisconsin State Championship today and swept her divisions! 🥇🥇🥇

Shoutout to my friend Marissa for looking out for her today while I’m on medical leave and couldn’t be there! I am so grateful to have such incredible friends in this industry who will step up for each other wherever necessary.

Grateful for another year competing at our favorite tournament put on by Iowa AAU Director David Ludemann.

This one every year is set apart from the others we attend because it’s not just a tournament but a reunion of friends, camaraderie and friendship between schools and coaches.
