Great Advanced Training tonight at Sterling Martial Arts with 57 AIKA brown and black belts! Special shout out to our young adults - a few who will move into college this weekend and made the time to train. We are so proud of our young leaders!

“Karate is like a pot of boiling water…”. Congrats to these students who earned their next rank! And, we also congratulate ALL students who maintained their training over the summer! We had such great energy in classes and are looking forward to starting the fall schedule on August 31 - many fun things on the calendar!

What an honor it is to have witnessed the growth of these two strong young women. They will be heading to college in few short weeks, but we know we’ll see them back soon. Angelique and Inayah - enjoy your new adventures! We will miss you!
