Yesterday Heaven welcomed a very large good boy. With the biggest personality and almost 200lbs.. large is an understatement, this boy was a f’ing unit! He played his role of loving/protecting his family, chasing foxes away from our chickens, and fighting those damn squirrels. It breaks my heart but I’m happy to have so many great memories, some during the lowest points of my life where his unconditionally love is really what carried me thru. Odin the great aka Odin the protector aka Mr Ode you will be missed greatly 💔 RIP ❤️🐶

585! Not my cleanest rep by any means but that bitch was heavy! 😂 Haven’t gone over 500 in over a year since my last PR of 545. Putting all this French toast and donuts to work with my strength training program to help me hit a PR haha Felt good and had the mindset to jump plate by plate by plate, not even acknowledging the 35s or quarters.

Hard work pays off. Won not only 1st place in my class for Men’s Physique and Classic but won the Overall for both as well! Being my first time competing in Classic, I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. As proud of myself as I am, I can’t help be more proud of and (their first show) for absolutely crushing the Bodybuilding and Bikini overall as well! None of this would be possible if it weren’t for always being there for us and pushing us to be at our very best. Thank you to all our friends and family that came out to support the team, It’s truly amazing to have such great people around us 🙏
