Great weekend at the MUSAW Freestyle & Greco State Finals.

Our group showed up ready to compete, and it continues to pay off. Every wrestler stepped on the mat, battled, and kept progressing in the Olympic styles. The weekend was highlighted by State Placers, National Team members, and Fargo qualifiers.

This group has made serious progress over the past few months—pushing each other in training and supporting one another in competition.

Big congratulations to everyone who competed, especially our State Champions and those who secured spots at Fargo.

While we celebrate the success, we will work to get a little better each day!

📍Central Regionals – Louisville, KY

We had a strong group of wrestlers travel to Louisville, Kentucky to compete at Central Regionals in both Freestyle and Greco. It was a fantastic opportunity to test themselves against top competition in the region. Every athlete stepped up, fought through some tough matches, gave maximum effort and had fun.

🎫 A big congrats to the athletes who qualified for Fargo by placing top 6 in the 16U and Junior divisions: Cullen Morgan, Joseph Hahn, Evelyn Rennie, Makayla Ocean, Noah Moss, and Jay'Den Williams — who brought home the double championships in Freestyle and Greco.

Proud of the fight, effort, and growth we saw across the board. Back to getting a little better each day! 🖤❤️

🏆 2026 MUSAW Freestyle Dual State Finals | May 2

Big day for both Wrestling University teams that scrapped at the MUSAW Dual State Finals!

Our wrestlers gained valuable freestyle experience, faced tough competition, and continued to develop throughout the day. Competing in a dual team format allowed them to build connections and represent the principles we preach daily. Fantastic job to all our athletes for the way they competed, supported each other, and represented Wrestling University.

🖤 Wrestling University Black — 2026 Freestyle Dual State Champions (5-0), finishing with a 45-24 win over Dark Horse in the finals

❤️ Wrestling University Red — 10th place finish

Total team effort from athletes, coaches, families and everyone involved in our Olympic Styles session. We appreciate everyone who made it happen.
