Thank you, Coach Te’Shan Campbell, for an incredible training session! We were honored to welcome the Michigan State University Assistant Coach into the room this week.

Coach Campbell brought outstanding energy, a great pace, and a constant smile while leading our athletes through technique, sparring, and live wrestling.

He also shared valuable lessons from his competitive and coaching journey, including insight into the recruiting process and what it takes to reach the next level.

We are grateful for the time and knowledge Coach Campbell poured into our athletes. We will keep building on what we learned and make every opportunity count! ❤️🖤

Youth Camp Day 4

Final day of an outstanding camp. Low single, underhook and a simulated training session. Campers gave the counselors a big thumbs up on everything they learned and the fun experience.

Another great day and experience for the campers. Learned elbow pass, underhook and single leg technique. Counselors continued to lead and campers had great time.
