Our decision to move our body, our best defense for this disease.
We must make sure the person that is training us, helping our bodies to move in different ways that we may not have ever done before it is extremely important to have that person, coach, therapist, MS Trainer.
DO THEY UNDERSTAND YOU? DO THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU’RE GOING THROUGH? DO THEY KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU?

My desire to create a Msdisrupted was not only help others with the knowledge, and years of experience I have had. I also know all too well about the pain, fatigue, emotional roller coasters, of not just multiple sclerosis, but epilepsy, and rheumatoid arthritis. So it is a Joy for me to have a client that I can celebrate a win with..🧡✨✨
