TNT is now offering Brazilian Jiujitsu with David Foster. We have a brand new 900 sq/ft mat with plenty of room. Class schedule: Monday and Thursday 6:30 PM -7:30. Wednesday 7:00 PM-8:00.

Congratulations to David Foster on his Silver Medal at the International Brazilian Jiujitsu Federation World Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada today!! David submitted his first two opponents and lost his final match by points to another Texan. Texas brought It home today. Way to go David!!!

You can earn your rank from Hall Of Fame and World and National Champion instructors. Both competition and Self Defense skills. Junior and adult programs.

We offer Combatives / Kempo Jitsu every Monday and Thursday, Family Class at 5:30 and Adult Class at 6:30. We also offer Competition Tae Kwon Do every Wednesday and Friday. Beginner Class is at 5:15 and Family Class at 6:00.

You cannot always be there to protect others. You are your own First Responder. You have the ability to give others certain skill sets.

Our Combatives / Self Defense / Self Protection is Kempo Jitsu every Monday and Thursday. Family Class is at 5:30 pm and Adult Class is at 6:30 pm.

Competition Tae Kwon Do is every Wednesday and Friday. Beginner Class is at 5:15 pm, and Family Class is at 6:00 pm.

A 17-year-old Irish teenager was able to call on her karate skills to fend off a would-be attacker who "followed and tried to grab her" on Tuesday afternoon.
