🌟 THE 30-DAY GRATITUDE CHALLENGE: BECOMING A GRATEFUL PERSON🌟
Did you know that practicing gratitude isn't just good for the soul but also your brain and overall health?
It's pretty amazing!
Scripture encourages us to be thankful in all situations, for it is God's will for us.
Have you ever heard of the hippocampus?
It's a crucial brain area responsible for intelligent thinking and solving problems.
Stanford University discovered that consistent complaining shrinks this area.
The hippocampus is also one of the areas of the brain that is damaged by Alzheimer's disease.
Here's the kicker!!
Complaining raises your body's cortisol levels, aka the stress hormone.
And nobody wants that!
Chronically high cortisol levels can mess with your sleep, digestion, blood pressure, and weight goals and even lead to the blues.
But fear not!
You'll be able to sidestep these issues by following the wisdom from above.
However, sometimes, staying grateful is easier said than done, though.
Becoming a grateful person requires inner transformation.
