December 13 I first met Lacy, she had been dumped on a county road and wandered up to the Lazy H lodge W of Wellington, she was starving, cold and scared. Today 4 months later she is full of life, super cute and smart! Some trashy person dumped her, they don’t deserve to own a dog much less a dog of her caliber.
