MARKER ONE IS CLOSED FOR GOOD.

Thank you to everyone for all the support over the years. We enjoyed our time in Steinhatchee but the Skippers have gone back to a different side of their roots.

Wow, didn't expect any response from this post much less what we have gotten so quickly.

For those of you that don't know. Kyle started a small brush clearing business in his off time about a year and a half ago and it took off fairly quickly. We didn't want to have to close Marker One completely down so we tried a few options with our great and supportive friends but the new business just got too busy too fast. Skipper Terrain and Vegetation Solutions has now gone completely commercial and is doing underground utilities and site prep and is so booked we aren't open to new clients there either. We currently employ almost a dozen people and are growing quickly. Thank you guys so much, I appreciate all of you.

The scallop shucking ladies at Sea Hag Marina are truly remarkable. Their dedication and expertise are evident in the speed and efficiency with which they process a high volume of scallops, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude. They are fun to visit with.

I wanted to show my appreciation for their hard work and generosity of spirit, so I gifted two of them with handcrafted scallop shell wind chimes. Thank you, ladies, for being such an inspiration!
