WOW, Steelville… what an incredible morning🤍

So grateful for every single woman who showed up, poured into themselves, and brought the best energy into the room today. Watching this community grow already means more than I can put into words!

Strong women supporting strong women — that’s what Soulful Glow is all about. Thank you for making my first class in Steelville so special. I cannot wait for more✨

•Vinyasa Flow has been moved to 9:30am

Exciting NEWS 🗞️ we are happy to Annouce that we will be working with Soulful Glow With Carsyn to bring more classes to The Studio! Carsyn will be offering Pilates. She plans to start with a few classes to see how it goes so if you are interested in Pilates make sure you sign up! First class is this Saturday. See post below on how to sign up and reserve your spot. Make sure you like her page to keep updated on her schedule.
