Ozark Trailblazers members, here’s a few important upcoming dates to remember.

*Tuesday, Sept. 8th, we will have a booth during the Family Fun Night 4:30-7:30 or we sell out.
*Wednesday, Sept. 9th, clean up at the arena. Cleaning of all buildings and grounds beginning at 5:30.
*Thursday, Sept. 10th, Sponsor Dinner at 6:00 pm. All members need to bring a side dish (veggies, fruit, salads) or a dessert(s) to share.
*Friday and Saturday Sept. 11th and 12th rodeo. Volunteers are needed to help in the food stand, contact Sonia Parry if you can volunteer.

The Ozark Trail Blazers meeting scheduled for Monday July 27, 2026, has been postponed to Monday Aug. 3, 2026, at 6 pm. A light dinner of sandwiches/chips/drinks will be provided by the club. We will have a short business meeting before we start preparing for the rodeo.

Ozark Trail Blazers meeting is Sunday, June 7th at 5:30 pm at the arena.
We will be finalizing rodeo plans and setting work dates and times!
Club will provide pizza for dinner.
Please pass information on to anyone you know that is interested in joining the club.

Ozark Trailblazers meeting Sunday April 12th at 5:30. Continuing planning for the rodeo.
If you want to be a part of this organization please come to the meeting at the arena.
Club will be furnishing sandwiches and chips, club members are welcome to bring a side or dessert.

The Ozark Trail Blazers Christmas dinner will be Sunday Dec. 7th, 4:30 pm at the arena. The club will provide the main course and we ask you bring a side or dessert to share and if you would like to exchange a gift ($15.00 limit) just have it marked "cowboy" or "cowgirl" and slid it under the tree.
We will also have a short business meeting to elect officers and board members for 2026.
Dress warm!!!! There will be heaters but it will still be chilly.
