My unexpected, favorite travel necessity: a handheld fan! .official

Don’t let humidity or stuffiness stop you from adventuring! This little guy came everywhere with me: from planes, to crammed cars, a 5 hour ferry, midday hikes, toasty boat rides, and workouts.
Sometimes that 30 sec relief - is all ya need!

Pros:
It fits in your pocket
Lightweight
30 hour battery life
An aroma diffuser
Also, it got wet and actually came back to life (for a type b person, this is clutch) 😅

Mountains to orchids ❄️🪷

5 days of logging off in a bit of a plan-as-you-go Colorado roadtrip:
Boarding, Hot springs + Tubing in Steamboat
Bowling + Game nights in Craig
Cross country skiiing in Vail
Grubbing in Breckenridge
Biking to Red Rocks in Golden
Botanical Gardens in Denver

I may need a nap after that haha😌 …but feelin’ grateful for a new year of unexpected turns with nothing but a full heart.

Newest favorite movement unlocked: Trail running

Oof, it hurts so good. And I definitely need that prized view at the top to motivate my little legs to keep going 😅🫠 Legs slugging, lungs burning—I do love that feeling haha. Being out in nature with the smells, the sounds, the colors, it really lights up my soul and grounds me in gratitude—highly recommend if you’re in a funk and mentally stuck 👊🏽

I have been trying to do one a week and have recently explored some beautiful spots in San Diego and Ventura mountains. Any so cal spots you absolutely love? I’d love to hear!

Sporty spice made in house from scratch 🧂💦

Fact: my athletic background is what fueled my success in modeling. From leaping, holding uncomfortable static moves, to showing directors good and realistic form—(as fitness is not usually their forte) and all with a good spirit—has been a joy in my life the past decade.
it’s truly not easy but so fulfilling—what a job to be able to help and be a part of the creative process.

Advice: I get a lot of people asking how to become a model, specifically a fitness model, and my advice is practice on your own and then work as a team —and be yourself. Your personality, your ability to work well with others (you’re not a diva, you’re a part of a team), your endurance and your unique view on the world is valuable. More valuable than your appearance. Bring it to life!
