This 55 minute class on signature Pilates equipment, will lengthen and strengthen muscles in new challenging ways, for a total body workout. BREAKING: After a summer hiatus, HIIT & RUN is BACK! Starting 9/9, join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:45am. This 45-minute, high-intensity class combines cardio intervals on the treadmill with floor-based strength-training moves using bands, BOSU Balls, free weights, and more! HIIT & Run will help you improve both strength and endurance. Whether you’re a walker, jogger, or experienced runner, all abilities are welcome!
