On a normal winter, I dread grooming nordic trails in these kind of conditions. This year, I pray for a morning like this. (having too much snow) This video is from around this time last winter. We are not open and it does not look close to that out here. Sorry for any confusion.

As we make room for a new rental fleet we have several pairs of skate skis and a few pairs of boots up for sale. You can reach the Nordic Center Monday through Friday 9-3 by calling 970 457-8017. If we don’t answer, leave a message if you want a return call.

All trails except baldy and grouse were groomed this morning for our closing day. After today there is no more public access to Catamount property until next season. Thank you for a great season!

We did not groom this morning. Only about an inch so far. Come early before possible rain this afternoon. If cold enough tonight, we’ll groom tomorrow morning for closing day

All trails are groomed this morning. We will also tentatively groom Sunday morning (closing day).

All trails were groomed this morning. We will likely groom Friday night or Saturday morning for the last time this season. All trails will then be closed at end of day Sunday, March 23rd.

All trails were groomed this morning. Looks like we will try to eke out a few more days of Nordic skiing but with minimal grooming. With any luck from Mother Nature (temperature wise) we might make it to next weekend.
